|The number to the right of each strain indicates the number of rats of this strain used in the protocol stated in the first row. The row "# of PHENOTYPES" indicates the total number of phenotypes measured for each protocol. The column " TOTAL" is the total number of rats used from a given strain.|
Click on a protocol name to view the phenotypes measured. Click on a strain name to see its description. To examine and explore data for a given protocol, select that protocol's radio button and press "Download Phenotype data". To
visualize and analyze data, select that protocol's radio button and press "Visualization & Statistics". To view the T-test table for each protocol, select that protocol's radio button and press "T-test table".
